"In recent years there have been few opportunities within QA. While I have consistently been given strong reviews and bonuses but I feel that new positions have not become available in the US."

"highly political environment, both managers took credit for work done and focused on managing up vs. better management of direct reports."

"I worked with Mercer for almost 18 months in defined benefit process being primary and single point of contact for all internal and external reporting. Simplified many complex reporting and modified/updated process procedures, plan documents and training documents. Mercer overall is a good organization in attracting new clients and new talents however lacks in retaining them with minimal growth opportunities."
