"Freedom of the job. It was as close to being self employed as it could get. I was responsible for the flow of the project. Minimal involvement from any superior but avaliable if I needed assistance."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Not at this time. Federal grant money is restricting the availability of funds and new customer base."

What don't you like about working at Mennonite Housing?

"No one helps one another. Departments will not help other departments to bring new projects to the table."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be involved with subordinates. Show that you can co-exist with other departments to make certain the projects have every chance avalable to bring revenue into the company and provide a high quality product for the consumer."
