"I've worked for Mellmo, Inc since August 2012, since then I was fortunate to join high level of intelligence environment with highly skilled engineers that always collaborated for successful team plan for achieving milestones and deadlines within very tight timeline. I have learned and developed a lot of critical thinking skills while working there. What do you like about working at MeLLmo?
"The culture and people. it also doesnt hirt that the company is accross the street from the beach and I could walk over to have my lunch on the sand."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The best advise I think I can give anyone that is interviewing for this company is to lean how to surf because the beach is right acress the street and the CEO is ok with emlployees takinga surf break when the tide is good."
What don't you like about working at MeLLmo?
"As an intern I am only allowed to work 30hr a week and have no benefits. I also dont like the commute from La Mesa to Solana Beach everyday."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I dont have any suggestions, The managemnet team was very helpful"
