"Honestly, I would tell them not to. I dont think a company that only has a year or two or three would be a good place to start or advance a career."

"We are very slow as of late. There is also no where for me to move up the ladder. I have two bosses,and they would be good guys to have as friends, but are not very great buisness owners. Also they are inching up on retirement."

"I would suggest to deal with personnel issues, even if you dont really want to."
