For high school and college students, it's an ok learning experience in preliminary ITS troubleshooting and introduction into ticket systems. Ultimately the job will take more from you than you will from it."

"The pay is not commensurate with experience or expertise. Systems Monitors start at minimum wage. Three months later a 10 cent raise, and another one after another three months. After that it is a 25 cent raise every six months."

"Don't look just inside the company for hiring team leaders and management. Sometimes outside people can bring a lot more to the table and help your store excel."
