"The administration was hostile to the faculty. The faculty were always grossly underpaid (in the bottom 20% of salaries). Administrators were paid 6 figures.Key positions (i.e. program coordinator) were given repeatedly to the same incompetent individuals. Instructional programs were constantly being changed. High levels of tension among faculty; everyone was very insecure."

"The faculty are your partners. Start treating them as such and working with them."

"Be confident, able to prove education, sure work experience is in line with job title"

"Management should more open to professional support persons and their need for exposure to professional development and contribution to various internal committees. Advancement needs to become a top priority."
