"I have been at Meggitt for ~6 mo. When I first started the learning curve was the equivalent of drinking from a fire hose and it has not let up. Not enough people for key positions, and high turn over in the shop floor personnel. There is also a lot of nepotism through out the ranks of the facility, and no one is help accountable exept quality for high scrap rates resulting in low area outputs and high scrap costs."
