"It was a relaxed yet very focused engineering department.The kind of work I did there was a cutting edge technology."

"Since the company is closing down this location (NH), I wouldn't advice looking for a job here."

"Nothing. I realy liked working there. It's a shame I have to move on."

"Untill the decision to close down this location (NH), I had no disagreement with the management."

"My boss is a great guys and I enjoy the people that I work with. Meggitt backs their products with great warranties and the do what they say. Integrity is a very important traight in my world."

"Meggitt is a great company with some very positive people. Be very professional when interviewing and make sure you can do what you say and be prepaired to back it up. If you can do that you will have a long career."

What don't you like about working at Meggitt?

"I feel the politics and lack of control in some areas affects the outcome of some of my projects and limits my ability to make more sales."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to stream line their quotes process and simplify the paper process to one form that can be used by all departments. The CRM we have available should be used by all areas of the sales process, instead of limited to the capture manager on project manager prior to installation. The company needs to go back to manufacturing all of their projects to make them for affordable and make the company more profitable."

"I wish I hd more time to spent time in the production areas."

"Provide the resources so the admnistration staffn can see the big picture of the product."
