"I started working for MedStar Health 17 years ago. It was my third company out of undergrad and it has been a great experience. The whole culture of this company is modern, innovative and personal. There is room for advancement (I'm proof) and so many different facets of the company you can move into. It's hard to imagine that a healthcare industry can be a happy place, but it is. We care for people and it is widely recognized that we, as caregivers, should be cared for."
