"It's a very large facility with many clinical services and sub-specialties. This type of clinical environment exposes you to a wide variety of technology and advanced medical procedures. The experience you gain helps to strengthen your position in today's workforce."

"Several of the special employee perks and benefits have been eliminated. An example of an employee perk would be a paid 30 minute lunch break."

"nothing, expect it was close to my house. But in the end that wasn't enough. I chose a much longer drive to save my sanity."

"Run. Do not take a job. It can stay thiis bad and it will. I thought it had to get better, but it only got worse and worse. It was the worst employment experience of my 10 years in this field."
What don't you like about working at Abrazo Health Care?
"the management was so bad. I actually was told twice that my job was more critical than my kids. They do not care about the employee as a person at ALL. They are all about doing whatever it takes to make their bonues, even if that means taking advantage of the employee, schedule wise and getting out of over time pay, as well as out right lying."

"They need to clean house. Get rid of the all the people that are there for some power trip and get some managers in that know their employers are real people and not just an name on a schedule."

"having a security deposit subtracted from my food allowance was a surprise not mentioned in contract and I have to get it back from the landlord seems odd. seeing that i'm a professional person not a cast member of animal house this seems like the action of a second class organization and may cost you the services of superior employees to organizations that don't use this policy"

"I would suggest using a prepaid debit card for food and entertainment allowances that can be taken from assignment to assignment or just transferred to my checking or savings account as I see fit. also on your web site or an e mail update list the local attractions at my assignment and any discounts at grocery stores or entertainment you can help me with heck mail me some coupons."
