"Use discretion. There is no guarantee of any security in the past."

What don't you like about working at Mega Force Staffing?

"Some of the best individuals that worked with the company for years, close to retirement were terminated. As a female, I was penalized for wearing pant suits, skirts were only allowed. EEO policies were violated and many managers walked out years ago. Hope there is change."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Respect and take care of those that work for you. Appreciate your employees."
