"The job started out pretty decent as I always put my best foot forward. I was constantly thanked and commended by the owner for doing a great job. Then problems were happening between me and another employee that was looking down on me and trying to tell me how to do my job. I would still text the owner the situation and the owner still had my back and told me to not listen to her because I was doing the job I was hired for. A few more arguments happened and I called for a meeting with the owner to discuss the problems the other employee kept having with me. Before we even discussed anything the owner let me go for "services no longer needed". No warnings given and a complete betrayal of my loyalty and hard work. Of course I was upset but after I left I calmed down and went back to work later that same day because I left some of my property there. I went through the front door for customers and waited in the lobby. I was greeted with a surprised look and told her I forgot some property. She was upset and furious that I came back, and I found out she hired a new guy for the warehouse and deliveries which meant she was PO'd I found out I was replaced with no reason given. She threatened to call the cops for trespassing and I sternly said, "I am legally allowed to grab my property." She tried to command me to sit in the chair and I refused. Once she grabbed my property she refused to give it to me so she could say some other stuff but I interrupted her to tell her multiple times to give me back my property. I was warned by other employees that the owner was crazy and she was. She didn't even know laws regarding 4 hours minimum pay on a day of work that I had to educate the owner herself how to operate certain parts of her own business. I worked for the original owners years ago and they loved how much of a hard worker I was. The business was sold to her so I lost my job that way in the past. AVOID THIS JOB IF POSSIBLE."
