Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you like the traditional old school company, then you'll love it here. If you like flexibility, you'll feel trapped."
What don't you like about working at Medical Graphics?
"I have to drive to work. There are tons of distractions with people always on the phone and talking in the hallway. The company gets upset if you're not in by 8am and you have to stay until 5pm, so no flexibility. The building is old and nasty. The humidity is 17% and drying my skin out. I have a humidifier, but I'm not allowed to close my door, so it goes right into the hallway. Pretty much, I feel like I'm in high school again. There is no trust. I miss college. You just had to go to some meetings (classes), and get your work done on time and that was it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Switch to ROWE. Let employees work whenever and whereever. Productivity and satisfaction will go up!"
