"Medical billing provides the individual the ability to not only help the organization be productive and financially solid but the individual has the ability to help the patient as well. When an insurance company fail to properly process a claim the issue affects the organization and as well as the patient. And there are a number of areas one can build a career to include management."

I learn from my and able to correct it. but I still prefer to work related to my profession. however, I can do medical billing part time and do the job I really want. because I also enjoy what I'm doing."

"I did not like to work in basement, but Laboratory Billing Department was located in basement and I did not have any chance."

"Open Billing Department of the Lab, that we can go back to work."

"I enjoy the people that I work with and the unique methods that Management uses to motivate all of us. I like the fact that Management listens to suggestions and actually cares and implements many of them. The best part of working at Aeroflow is that we get to help our patients on a daily basis. To be able to make a positive difference in people's lives and work with people that I enjoy being around is rare. Such a great caring group of people to work with."

"Be sure that you really want to help people. If you are just looking for a job it is not the right place for you. If you want to grow with a company, it is the perfect place to work. If you work hard and have a desire to move up in the company you will have all the opportunity you can imagine, I've seen it with my own eyes."
What don't you like about working at AeroFlow Healthcare?
"There are certainly minor things that I would like to change. Currently I would like to be able to work from home on a part-time basis and be in the office the other time."

"I would have more out of the office get togethers."

"I enjoy working with patients to help them maximize their insurance benefits and to understand their insurance. I also enjoy getting the most reimbursement from insurance companies when reimbursements fall below contracted fees"

"Be honest about yourself and your abilities and don't believe you will get a $1 hour raise after your probationary period!"

"My immediate supervisor employs her spouse and her daughter and refuses to see any of their errors."
