"Mediagistic is still trying to find it's way, though the benefits are great the opportunity for growth is not, simply because they are still trying to figure out the direction they want to grow."

"The benefits are great, the hours are good and the work is interesting."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Express your ability and willingness to work without direction. That's a major part of being at Mediagistic, which can be nice when you're working productively but can be problematic when changes to your project occur and there's no one in the company to tell you."
What don't you like about working at Mediagistic?
"The company seems to be struggling with its direction. While they promote online and offline advertising they've been hesitant to combine the two. Also, they're been wavering between local and national companies without a clear plan to enhance and grow in either. I'd like a more established yet progressive business environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communication. Communication within and between departments could be better. Perhaps a biweekly meeting with the various departments that are working on the same project to ensure fluidity. Most of the time lines of communication are closed."
