I love being on the front of innovation and finding new ways to reach a qualified audience for an advertiser. Especially at this time, I really believe there is nothing out there more exciting than media right now."

"Team atmosphere, freedom to make decisions, diverse clientele, variety of marketing tactics"

"Low pay scale. Went out of business without warning. Lack of leadership."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More interaction with team members. Increased communications regarding the state of the business."
What do you like about working at Bose?
"The atmosphere is great, everyone is working toward the company motto, one dream, one team."
What don't you like about working at Bose?
"I don't have anything bad too say about the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The only thing would be to revamp some of the creative procedures so we could use some of the remnant possibilities that are offered."

What do you like about working at Razorfish?
"Media planning, interacting with clients, finding new innovative media solutions, working autonomously to complete goals and objectives"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would not apply for a job at Razorfish unless I really needed a job or experience. Other than that, the level of waste, inefficiency and micromanagement make this place hell for anyone with an independent mind. Conform to the yes-man mold here, or you'll sink."
What don't you like about working at Razorfish?
"Full of bureaucracy, poor pay. Management often expects unreasonable deadlines with no regard to work/life balance. Lots of optional meetings that management makes mandatory that do not provide value; in fact they only decrease productivity. Extreme micro-management. Benefits get worse every year, yet management pitches changes as a good thing--good for the company b/c they pay less for benefits, bad for employees b/c the burden is shifted to them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop constant reorganizations. Stop unreasonable demands on employees. Stop pointless meetings where management talks simply to hear themselves speak. Provide better benefits."

"Specifically in the field office the office politics that went along with working amongst a small team."

"I liked that its a large company with a personal feel. Regardless of whether an employee was upper management or lower, doors were always open for communication."
What don't you like about working at Zimmerman Advertising?
"In LA, Zimmerman is a field office. The headquarters is based out of Ft Lauderdale, Florida. At times this was quite challenging, because most communication being made was through phone or email. Although everyone was always helpful, I prefer face to face interaction over email and telephone"

"I enjoyed having the responsibility of running my accounts with freedom. There was a lot of autonomy."

"I wasn't a fan of their way of choosing people to promote. It didn't seem like it was based on time with company or experience."

"I would suggest that management improve communications and adapt ways to improve employee morale."
