"I worked for Medela LLC between December 2009 and October 2020. They sell breast pumps and are located in McHenry IL. They are a good company to work with (note how long I was there). I was laid off due to poor sales due to Covid. Good employees."

"No room for growth. You do not get a raise. The only benefit from this company is the 3 weeks of PTO and 1 week of emergency. There’s a lack of leadership from the supervisor and the leads choose favorites."

What do you like about working at Medela?

"There was a feeling of family. Medlea was the place you went to work for and retire from. We were all in it for the benefit of all."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DOn't bother unless you can't find something else. This company is lost again and trying to find its identity. If they do, it could be great again."

What don't you like about working at Medela?

"Wow what a change one person can make... The National sales director was awful. she put her own lackeys in and tore a hole through the salesforce. She balckballed people, then, after she got rid of the top 10% of the salesforce, left."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go back to being the company that people loved to work for. Give good pay and a low pressure environemnt to sell- it's what made us the top in the industry, not abusive sales tactics, tracked cell phones, etc."
