"Just keep saying, Yes, sir! or Yes, ma'am! and That sounds great no matter what they ask or tell you. Have your license and preferably CPhT completed and available."

What don't you like about working at Medco Health Solutions?

"The boredom, tedium, and isolation are a problem for almost everyone. Equipment breaks all the time. The supervisors aren't qualified to do their subordinates' jobs, which makes them very ineffective leaders and unable to solve problems that arise. There is also little cameraderie among employees, and lots of tattling because there is an SOP for everything except going to the bathroom."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire qualified supervisors, and give them more authority to manage their departments. Less micromanagement. Assume that employees actually have brains."

"Too much bureaucracy that prevents the employees from solving actual problems. Too much concern on numbers and not if the solutions and services are worth it. Management unwilling to make hard decisions."

"Delegate more authority to employees and allow them to make more decisions, the flat organization is not flat. The CEO sold the company and its employees down the river to get a golden parachute and bail, leaving us to the wolves."
