"Company has some very good, very talented people working for them. They value the work of their employees. Annual Reviews are non-existent, and after 3 years, I still have not seen a raise- Make sure you pad your requirements early. Expense reimbursement is a painful process. When on a job, if you need something, make them ship it to you, because you may wait for weeks or months to get paid back."
