"I love the responsibilities I have and proud to contribute to the companys success, however, I realized that the opportunity to grow in my field within the company is limited. Not having the medical insurance and retirement plan also makes it difficult to plan for the future, especially as a single father."

"None at this time, they have been very accessible and supportive from the time I joined the team."
