"It was my first job in Mental Health. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and really liked working with the patients and staff alike."

"Just be yourself and don't pretend like you know things that you don't. Their staff is quite educated now, and they will be open to teaching you if you are willing."

"The senior management team seemed to only allow you to advance if it was in their best interest, and not in my personal life."
