"You better be able to take a lot of heavy criticism and fight for good reviews. It's a very negative, self-respect destructive place to work."

"The attitude that support staff are 'servants' and not respected. Also, that praise is never given, only criticism. Support staff innovation and suggestions are discouraged - even laughed at."

"Drop the 'better than you', entitlement attitude."

"Get the job, stay for a bit, and learn some stuff, but keep in mind that as far as career growth the consultants are the only ones who are really getting any promotions and 'going places'..."
