"Boutique CPA firm specializing in auditing state and local governments. The firm is on the smaller side and rather informal, so even straight out of school you will find yourself leading planning meetings on audit assignments. The one downside is that, because the staff they are so experienced in their specialty, training is hard to come by. If you have a few years under your belt, you will do fine, but if you're straight out of school things will be harder."
