"Unresponsive to a changing market. Responded slowly to in a fast-changing environment."

"Capital Expenditures, Facility Locations, and Sales Procedures needed updating, and re-evaluation, were often late in making a decision."

"The customer service atmosphere was beneficial in establishing long term customer relations. At McElroy the customer service reps were supported in making our customers feel important. Also, our team worked hard together and had a great amount of fun."
What don't you like about working at McElroy Metal?
"Being the only operations at the time on the west coast it was a bit difficult to keep up inventory levels and making transfers. This made for some difficult lead times for customers."

"Technical services department on the west coast not just in Bossier"
