"Pay people more than minimum wage at least a $1.50 or something. And give people some really good benefits."

"Only go to McDonald's if you're in dire need of work."

"The management there sucks big time. They thought they were gods and they weren't. Plus, when something came up like a family emergency, they still expected you to work no matter what. Also, there was no way to grow as an employee in that position."

"They need to train their management better."

"I saw the very best in hard working teens. My boss always worked with me for flexibility in hours. I was able to develop strong customer service skills. I learned to be a team player. I learned to multi-task."

"Make sure you are committed to work on your scheduled days. When someone calls in, the rest of the crew has to work twice as hard, and that is just not fair. Be responsible!!"

"Health benefits are virtually unattainable."
