"MCCS-SC has changed tremendously over the past few years.It has been a relief to see that they are taking an interest in the day to day operations in a more frequent manner. They have established more training and management so I wouldn't change the new directions that has clearly been identified by The New MCCS-SC"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have management ask a higher management to keep the upcoming higher job opportunities to a degree thats offers them to in house staff first -with a holding time of 6 weeks"
