What don't you like about working at McCormick Construction?

"There is not much I liked about working for McCormick Construction - the demands and expectations of the employees were unreasonable and there were no rewods for extra effort. Never got a raise in three years. Worked a ton of overtime though, I guess they didn't appreciate my efforts. Most people that are still there absolutely hate it."

"Hang yourselves, shoot yourselves, or do whatever it takes to get yourselves out of the gene pool."

"That I reached the highest level in the organization I could. Therefore I moved to a new company in a full-time capacity and continued to manage for MCC in a part-time capacity until I left Hawaii."
