"I enjoyed working with the multi-locations, and the diverse duties. I traveled to branch locations to train and meet new personnel. Once promoted to Manager, I felt more isolated since I was managing one location. Interaction with other branches was limited."

"Be on your toes...they change their mission statement each year and at a moment's notice."
What don't you like about working at McCann Industries?
"When management changed, their business attitude and management style was very cut-throat. Employees were pitted against one another in order to succeed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not to micromanage...have enough faith in a middle management. They're on the front line every day with the customer."
