"No bonus's for a job well done, for a company that has a lot of employee's there insurance is very very high. No weekends off even for high seniority employee's. The traffic MGR there changes the paperwork on workers comp claims to get out of paying them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only thing that I can say about the management at Lewisville, Texas needs replacing because if they can not solve the problems there that were going on for the nine years I was there then somebody else needs a chance to come in and fix the problems."
