1.4 Former employee: Worst management, company which steals the employees' money. There is no HR (human resource), only MR (management resource). It is a company which works on single project for more than 10 years and still going on. Poor work life balance, extremely long work hours. Team spirit and team work not encouraged. No proper training for freshers. Have to work for 14-16 hrs.
