What don't you like about working at Mayer Brown?

"Teams and cliques inside the IT dept, always talking crap about others behind there back. Back stabbing, really bad communication in regards to changes in the environment. To many managers/supervisors. Managers/supervisors have favorites and often like to go drink after work and with vendors.This company also sandboxes you to just doing 1 or 2 tasks nothing more and calls way to many meetings."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring the morale of the dept up. Do not play favorites. AS I heard the good people at mayer brown always end up leaving its true, also make room for someone to grow in the company"
