What do you like about working at Maximum Extent?
"I have control over my schedule, I work from home, and I learn something almost every day."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It would depend on who they are and what they're looking for. A well-rounded Windows admin with the desire to work in diverse environments with relatively easy environments would be very happy and able to help make customers happy. Someone with advanced technical skills or who is used to a larger business' technology environment and strategy may find the real challenges few and the minor expected annoyances plentiful."
What don't you like about working at Maximum Extent?
"It is too small to let me really use my skills and my ability to help grow it is more limited than I had hoped when joining. I am not challenged technically or able to contribute in a way that would add more value."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If we could standardize our delivery model and market that we could grow to a point where we'd be better positioned to keep all those promises."
