"Unexpected long hours. Working 24 hrs shifts is ok, but after putting in 8 and learning that in 2-3 hours you need to come back and put in 1-2 days more work. The long hours did bother me, it was the unexpected part of them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing, the problem with unexpected hours was based on the office closing, they were only doing what they had too."
