"Some scheduled shifts would be cancelled. They are a nurse agency and often the hospital will cancel shifts if the hospital population decreases."

"Make sure you check every hour worked and make sure taxes are taken out correctly or you will pay with the IRS."

"Unless you were a favorite of the scheduler, you would not get work. if you said no when they wanted you to work, they would stop calling you."

"Allow nurses to work 12-hour shifts like they do in the hospitals. Allow the nurses to get the pay for the work they do. Give the backup from the company to make the nurse confident the company will be there if needed."
