"Typical mom and pop shop that is running before crawling, lots of micromanaging from the owner. His son works in the quality department and tends to put shipping products out the door first before maintaining quality. Overall they are short-staffed, demand a lot of overtime to keep jobs barely being late. I don't recommend it as they don't have a clear plan on how to make their company bigger."
