"Over the last few months I have worked as an investment sales associate for Matthews REIS, the fastest growing commercial real estate brokerage company in the nation. The culture of the company is comparable to that of a fraternity or playing on a sports team, everyone is young, driven and the culture is inspiring. However, over the last few weeks or so I have had major concerns/worries about the nature of becoming a real estate broker and the security of working a commision job right out of colllege. Security is the biggest motivation for me seeking a different job."
