Materials Testing & Inspection Employee

"I have been with the company for two years. During this time I acquired my degree but saw no compensation increase for this. I was given a raise at the start of a dollar for obtaining a cert but after that only got fifty-cent raises twice, this was before my degree. Easy company to get into but tough to move around once in. Overall learned a ton about the industry and enjoyed it but not a place to stay."
