"I want to be able to move up in the company."
"I have been working with this company since 14 months, highly professionals with good ethical values and impressive knowledge on subject and technology. I would definitely say a strong company, company employees are around 6000 people and it is located in Springfield, Massachusetts."
"Great company Great coworkers"
"Great company! Enjoyed my contract work for Mass Mutual."
"I worked for Mass Mutual for a short period of time before we went into quarantine. I worked out of Lake Oswego and enjoyed the company culture and events that were held. Developed as a professional and appreciate the mentors and management."
"I have worked at MassMutual for 6 months and found that you cannot find people who have tenure beyond 1-2 years. There have been several reorganizations since I started resulting in new managers. With that being said, I enjoy the people that I work with and the work is interesting. I am learning a lot."
"Great company to work for"
"I made a decision to leave the mortgage business to get back into financial planning. I went with a specific manager in the Annapolis office. I had to have knee surgery 6 months into the position. While I was out they fired the manager, closed the office, fired his supervisor in the Virginia office and brought in someone from San Francisco. I would prefer to explain the rest of the story during an interview."
"Mass Mutual is a fantastic place to work. With a challenging atmosphere, and extremely supportive staff, it's a great place to fuel the mind. If financial services are something you want to make your career, the Lehi branch is a fantastic place to build your firm."
"Mass Mutual is a great place to work. I would have stayed longer but I had a one year contract with them. The work culture is amazing and the supervisors really care about your success and future at the company."
"I've worked for MassMutual and it's a good company."
"Home office is great. They provide tons of assistance to new agency tech specialists, more than I’ve had at any other job. The agency itself doesn’t have much room for career growth and technology is not a priority. Salary is stagnant and not competitive."
"I have been working for MassMutual for about 2.5 years. I believe in the goals of the company and genuinely feel that the services they provide are essential for all people. Being able to help provide others with plans for the certainties and uncertainties of life is what gives me the most satisfaction."
"This was a very easy way to apply online."
"MassMutual is extremely good to it's employees from my own personal experience. They shower you with benefits, competitive salaries, college reimbursement, other platforms for education that are free, and a lot more. The option to work from home is a super plus when you have kids, but this may differ from department-to-department. Although new fathers receive 8 weeks paid paternity and mothers receive upwards of 13 weeks (could be more). I definitely recommend it. The only con is the chance of whimsical layoffs. The company will go through bouts of shrinking and expanding (terminating some positions and opening others). Otherwise the severance package is amazing too lol!"
