"Extremely small tight space, micromanaged to death. Nowhere to go to be left alone, not an enjoyable work enviornment"

"Let the emplyees do their jobs the best way they know how. Stay out of the way"

"There is not anything I did not like working for Dr. Sal Gasparre, Chiropractic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was great and I have no suggestions. They shouldn't change a thing."

What do you like about working at Belisama Bodyworks?

"Love working with the clients that come in looking for pain relief or relaxation. Also have a lot of down time depending on the day so that is nice too since being a mommy there isnt too much self time."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sure you are okay to be working by yourself and also be okay with paychecks ranging in pay and also paid twice monthly-takes some getting use to"

What don't you like about working at Belisama Bodyworks?

"I get very lonely since most of the time I am on by myself, and I'm a social butterfly. also with limited staff I feel the obligation to help out more days"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Repaint interior and booth rent a room or two for extra income and more staff and clientel throughout"

"The Retreat is nicely designed; Clientell is nice & professional for the most part."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be aware of being treated as an employee by legal definition, but being paid as an independent contractor, cliques & gossip, drug and/or alcohol use by Therapists, Front Desk Staff, & even (at certain company parties) by the Owners.Be aware of your paychecks being short, and this happening repeatedly and sometimes never being corrected."

What don't you like about working at Massage Heights?

"The Therapists' do not all act professional and/or are of lower experience & professional levels. There is high turn over because the management and/or owner are unsupportive and entertain certain illegal or unethical activities in efforts to make more money. There is a gossipy atmosphere and a level of immaturity & unprofessionalism that is not found in a business that is ran by someone with more experience owning and operating a business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay your employer taxes. Do not force your Therapists to wear uniforms & abide by your work schedule if you are paying them as 10-99 Contractors. Be more supportive of your Therapists & Employees. Do not entertain gossip & immaturity. Do not entertain acceptance of drug & alcohol use or allow Therapists to remain at work while they are intoxicated. Do not Party with your employees. Have a more professional & hands on approach to conflicts and issues within your retreat rather than hiring people who are younger or cheaper and who may not be experienced in management issues.Give your Therapists the raises that are supported by corporate by tener, not only by who you have a personal liking for.Verify payroll. Many employees have quit because their paychecks were repeatedly short. Management, Front Desk, Therapists have all noticed short paychecks on a regular basis."
