Mass. Eye and Ear Employee

"I have worked at Mass Eye & Ear for 5 years. The company has great people working for it but it has real trouble holding on to the good people. Rumors of an MGH takeover are omnipresent but somehow it shoulders on throughout the rumors. I have a feeling that it is one or two key management positions away from being a really great company."

"I worked in the research division of Mass Eye and Ear for about two years. It was a good experience, however the environment was very low in morale. It was hard to move up in the work place unless you wanted to transfer to another division."
