Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be completely honest with your skill levels. Interviewing as a SQL guru and not being able to write SQL or configure SQL systems, will not get you much support from the others around."

What don't you like about working at MarkMonitor?

"With the amount of management churn as we have had, and the lack of understanding of the sustaining sw engineering position, I would say that in the end, management is more concerned with their bottom line than the growth of their engineers at this point in time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say they need to step back and consider growing their engineers and not using and abusing their engineers. We have had 6 engineers leave in the last 4 months."
