"I love the flexibility and being able to work from home. I love the clients we work with. I love the projects I've worked on. This is still a start-up company and if they lose a client, everyone else loses too. I don't like the unsteady nature of this work and am looking for something more stable. I also miss collaborating in person with teams. As a new mom, working here has been extremely beneficial in its remote nature. Now that my daughter is older, I'm ready to be back in an office setting again and collaborating with teams. Other than the unsteadiness, the team is wonderful. I love the people I work with. I love our weekly team meetings and check-ins. This group is a good one."
