"Working in marketing is great work if you are in a company that understands and values marketing - which can be rare to find. If you are allowed to do what is needed, be creative and take risks, marketing can be very rewarding. Marketing is so important to companies - brand awareness, customer relations and more - unfortunately, it's rare for a company to value marketing."

"I enjoy the people, the responsibility, and the freedom I have to work on my own"

"Be prepared for a bunch of half-truths. THe boss will make you feel like the man but wont talk to you ever again."
What don't you like about working at Power Home Remodeling?
"THe boss lies to us constantly. He is always selling us. The money is poor."

"More professional. More integrity. More honesty. More Realistic idea of work."

What do you like about working at Patriot Ambulance?
"Personal office with dual computer monitors for efficiency. Freedom to tackle tasks which I feel have the highest priority. For example evaluating the effect that higher pricing has on our collection rate before adding fresh accounts to outside collections companies (who only collect about 8%)"

"Be prepared to work as a professional, and don't be afraid to propose ideas that contradict the current way of doing things."
What don't you like about working at Patriot Ambulance?
"Although it is large for an ambulance company, I don't feel like I'm developing and learning new things. I also really don't like living in the Northeast, and I'm now ready to move down South."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop increasing your private pay pricing, allow someone improve your old website, and don't be afraid to cut costs."
