Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask questions on turnover. Last layoffs and how many in the past 10 years. Ask for a plant tour it is a nice plant. Ask to take 15min of someones time you will be working with at the last moment without the interviewer being with you. I do this on all my interviews and you can get a good feeling from the job."
What don't you like about working at Mark Andy?
"The turnaround"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make the raises less and keep the people that know what they are doing. Instead of training people for less yearly salary. Also keep the jobs in the US. Do not out source to India."
