"I have worked for Marist College as a student level Operator. It was an amazing learning experience. I had to deal with customer face to face in troubleshooting and resolving their problems. I mostly dealt with furious and angry customers which helped me be patient with critical situations. Marist is a great community which encourages students to learn and thrive after graduation.
