"The stress & riducule. There is never anything nice to be said. The job is never good enough or done fast enough. Our software system is horrible, We are on credit hold quite often which delay shipments. Constantly changing vendors and then complain about quality and consistancy"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We need a more grounded environment. Management is always traveling . Doesn't lnow how to use our software, doesn't understand how the system does/deosn't work. Walk a mile in my shoes using the tools you have given me to get the job done"
