"Marianna Industries is a company with a strong reputation of producing quality health and beauty products. We are currently growing our overall business and product lines. Our private equity owners have been investing in the company, but they are committed to expanding profits to allow them to sell the business. In this environment employee compensation and benefits see limited expansion making retention of the workforce, and the productivity gains that come with it, difficult."
