"I worked with Marian University from September 2018 to May 2019. I started as an intern and stayed on as a work-study student. I learned so much about marketing from my supervisors. They really were able to show me how a career would look in my future as a social media specialist."

"I do not like working at this place. I do get paid but not well."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not take a job here unless you have a family, you will not make any friends at work or in town, and you will probably need a spouse who makes good money because your salary will probably barely make up for all of the nonsense you have to put up with."
What don't you like about working at Marian University?
"I am surrounded by idiots. I hate Fond du Lac."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would care more about educating students and less about getting students enrolled even if that means that there are fewer but better-prepared students."
What do you like about working at Marian University?
"Everyone is quite friendly. It's definitely an inviting community. Can be fun."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It really is a fantastic place to work. It's a welcoming community. My only real problem is that there's nowhere to go from my position."
What don't you like about working at Marian University?
"Some faculty and staff just up and disappear and no one knows why. It makes you wonder what they got fired for, and doesn't make your job feel all that secure."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not a whole lot. There's some pretty great leadership there. Sometimes I wonder about the high turnover rate of employees though."
