"I would not recommend this company based upon the management style of the company which is very lacking based on leadership and confidence. The company barely has enough money to pay for employees. There is no budget when it comes to each and every department because there is no money to make improvements. To move up in this company is throwing people under the bus and getting them fired. Marketing department is the absolute worst: promotion, excuses, favoritism, rigging winners in promo."
