"There are a lot of good things about the Marcus Whitman Hotel and Conference Center, but there are also a lot of bad things. From my perspective, the bad outweigh the good and are more systemically ingrained. There are lots of people that aren't on-task, the company culture isn't great, the employees aren't treated well, and there is a disjointed relationship between ownership and management."
